FITNESS – You plan to exercise 2 or more times a week.
You are interested in using our pools, cardio and weight training
equipment. You like to participate in fitness classes, enjoy the sauna, and
have access to basketball and racquetball courts, and general locker rooms.

There is a 15% discount for those who pay in full for the year.
FITNESS PLUS – You want an adults-only facility (age 18 and older),
with the use of a whirlpool and steam room, locker rooms with amenities
and towel service, and access to the general facilities listed above.

SENIOR NON-PRIME TIME – You are 62 years old or older and have a
flexible schedule that will permit general facility usage Monday - Friday
between the hours of 11am - 3pm. Monthly and annual plans available. No contract required! There is a 15% discount for those who pay in full for the year.
SHORT-TERM – You want to join for a defined period of time between
1-3 months. Fitness or Fitness Plus Membership. Full payment
required at the time of joining.
PROGRAM - You plan to workout occasionally or want to join primarily
to participate in an adult or child class. With this membership, you pay a
$5 per visit fee (adult) or $3 per visit (child) to use the general facilities
during times other than registered classes.
SENIOR YOUTH – You are between the ages of 12-17 and want to use
the general facilities.
COLLEGE STUDENT – You are 25 or younger and can present a current
college I.D. Fitness or Fitness Plus Membership.
CONNECTICUT STATE EMPLOYEES – You are an active State of CT
employee and agree to activate a payroll deduction for membership
payments. You will also enjoy reciprocity with other YMCAs within the state network.
OPEN DOORS – If your total household income is less than $35,000
annually, you are eligible for reduced rates for either Fitness or Fitness Plus Memberships. (Funded by YMCA annual giving).

All memberships include a satisfaction guarantee. A full refund provided
during the first 30 days, and a pro-rated refund provided at any time based
upon unused portion of membership term. Enrollment fee is not refundable,
